Questions
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code, the page opens in their phone’s browser, and they tap to upload.
How much can we upload?
It depends on your plan: 5 GB with Basic, 15 GB with Standard and 25 GB with Premium. Basic’s 5 GB holds about 1,700 photos, or 40 minutes of video, or a mix such as 1,000 photos and 15 minutes of video; a 100-guest party typically fills 4–6 GB. Each file can be up to 250 MB, which is about 2 minutes of 1080p video on most Android phones and 4 minutes on an iPhone. If you run low, you can add storage.
How do I create my event?
Start a free draft with your event’s name, the hosts’ names, the date, the template and the language. Your page, its QR code and your private dashboard are ready at once: change the texts and colours with a live preview, and test an upload from your phone. When you’re happy, choose a plan and go live. Drafts that don’t go live are deleted after 14 days.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your dashboard always shows the date. Guests can upload until then, and you have 7 more days to download everything or extend your plan. After that, your files are permanently deleted.
Where are our photos stored, and who can see them?
In a Microsoft Azure data centre in France. Your gallery is seen only by people who have your event’s link, and on Premium you can add a PIN. We never use your photos for anything else.
